Production steps of the Honey Bee

The Honey Bee is our largest solution, suitable for large honeycomb blanks, flat and curved, and will require a floor space of some 85m2.

Production steps of the Working Bee

The solution used is the Working Bee – our smallest solution. This honeycomb potting robot-cell is suitable for small spaces up to 25m2 and flat honeycomb blanks for 2D potting.

Our Automated Honeycomb Potting solutions automatically apply potting resins for local reinforcements in honeycomb cores. What size fits you best?

Our system is offered in three sizes.

  • The Honey Bee is our largest solution, suitable for large honeycomb blanks, flat and curved, and will require a floor space of some 85m2.
  • The Working Bee is the smallest solution we offer, with 21 m required floor area and suitable for flat Honeycomb blank for 2D potting.
  • Our medium sized solution is called the Bumble Bee with 45 m required floor area for a robot delivering 2D and 3D potting.
